How We Use Information

  • Review and respond to prospectus requests

  • Comply with legal, school, advisor, or safety obligations

How We Share Information

Information may be shared with student officers, the faculty advisor, approved adult reviewers, service providers that host the site or send email, and school or sponsor reviewers when needed for the purpose of the request.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not post private student contact details publicly without appropriate approval.

Students and Minors

The club is intended for high school students, families, educators, mentors, and community partners. Students should use school-approved or parent-approved communication channels when required. The website is not intended for children under 13.

Parents or guardians may ask for review, correction, or deletion of a student's submitted information by contacting the privacy address below. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for club operations, safety review, prospectus access, sponsor or mentor follow-up, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. We may delete or anonymize outdated request records when they are no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for a student-led site, including access review and limited use of request data. No website, email, or online storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies, Analytics, and Privacy Signals

The current static site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process limited technical data for security, logging, and delivery. If analytics, cookies, or advertising tools are added later, this notice should be updated before launch.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals do not change current site behavior.
