Site Use

These terms govern use of the Project Stallion Club website, request forms, public pages, and related online materials. Use the site lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate club, parent, sponsor, mentor, or educational purposes.

Educational Purpose

The site describes a student entrepreneurship club and venture studio model. Materials are for education, planning, outreach, and mentor review. The site does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, or professional business advice.

Students and Minors

Student participation must follow parent, guardian, school, and advisor expectations. Students under 18 should not submit sensitive information or contact sponsors or investors as official club representatives without appropriate adult review.

Prospectus Access

Approval links and private club documents are for the approved recipient only and may not be posted publicly, resold, or used to impersonate a club officer, advisor, sponsor, investor, or school representative.

Media and Consent

Student names, images, videos, quotes, and identifying details are subject to the Media Consent Policy and may be reviewed, limited, corrected, or removed when appropriate.

Venture and Funding Materials

Pitch decks, funding maps, startup models, sponsor targets, angel investor research, venture capital language, and corporate innovation examples are educational planning materials. They do not create an investment opportunity, securities offering, lender relationship, endorsement, or sponsor commitment.

Disclaimers and Limits

The site is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Stallion Club disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, users who misuse the site, submit unlawful material, misrepresent an affiliation, violate another person's rights, or use club materials without permission agree to be responsible for resulting claims and reasonable expenses.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions should be sent through the Contact page or to the faculty advisor.
